Description

Since I couldn't choose which image to publish, I decided to present them together.

Each of them is ultimately interesting to observe in these two positions, north at the top and south at the top.

This is a region of Mars appreciated because of the variety of reliefs present.

Valles Marineris is particularly identifiable because it starts from the center of the planet like a black arrow towards the ochre plains. At the edge of the limb, we can distinguish the chain of volcanoes with Tharsis Montes.

The polar caps are also interesting.

The northern polar cap has a variety of slightly blue tones.

The southern polar cap, small, but bright white, is surrounded by a dark red area that materializes the area has evaporated.

Technically, this is an IRGB image made from 4 videos of 2 minutes per channel (from 22:33 UT to 23:06 UT or 33 minutes of derotation with WinJupos)

I've retained 9,000 images out of 120,000.
